Australia’s top-performing agent Alexander Phillips has joined Ray White to launch Ray White Phillips & Co in Woollahra, bringing a team handling over $1 billion in annual sales.

Phillips credits Ray White’s proprietary tech stack – including NurtureCloud’s vendor portal and Smart Buyer Match – as a key drawcard for his move to the group.

Alexander Phillips, described by Ray White as Australia’s most successful real estate agent for the past decade, has joined the group to launch Ray White Phillips & Co in Woollahra.

Alexander and his team represent more than 400 clients annually and are responsible for more than $1 billion in property sales each year, according to Ray White.

Alexander began his career 24 years ago as a courier delivering real estate magazines, working his way up to become the group’s top-performing agent.

He is a fourth-generation salesperson whose family operated car dealerships for decades.

“I learned the value of hard work at a young age,” Alexander said.

On the move to Ray White, Alexander pointed to the culture and the group’s investment in its platform.

“I’ve worked alongside so many wonderful Ray White agents over the years and have always admired the family culture and support behind the brand,” he said.

Alexander said the new venture would help clients differentiate themselves in a crowded market.

“Opening my next business in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, backed by the country’s premier property group, will help our clients stand out in a competitive market.

Clients of the new business will get access to Ray White’s proprietary technology, NurtureCloud, which includes a vendor portal for real-time campaign tracking, and Smart Buyer Match, which identifies likely buyers for a listing based on activity across the Ray White group.
