Stamp duty for the purchase amounted to INR 1.99 crore, and registration charges were INR 30,000. Based on the carpet area, the price works out to approximately INR 1.42 lakh per square foot, reflecting the premium nature of the property in this esteemed locality.

Public records show that 30 Little Gibbs has hosted several high-value sales, including a 2,341.39-square-foot apartment on the 15th floor registered for INR 31.93 crore earlier this year, and two similar units sold for INR 30 crore each in the prior year. The property’s consistent performance in the luxury market shows its desirability among affluent buyers.
